VP of Manufacturing Operations

Jon Halsey, our Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, started at Pacific Defense in June of 2024 and leads Pacific Defense’s Manufacturing Operations in Sunnyvale California.  Jon is tasked with ramping Manufacturing and Operations to meet the steep growth curve of production and shipping.

Prior to joining the team, Jon worked at a number of startups including Abodu where he was Vice President of Supply Chain, Tile (acquired by Life360 in 2022) where he was the first Vice President of Operations and Lexar as Vice President of Operations.  Prior to Lexar, Jon worked at Micron, SanDisk and Raychem in a number of senior operations roles in manufacturing, planning and supply chain.

Jon earned his BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and enjoys wine making, playing in a dad band, beekeeping and spending time with his family.
